Property Inspection Trips To North Cyprus
The cost of an inspection trip to North Cyprus is approximately £300 (STG. per person) this can be a 3, 4 or 7 day stay in North Cyprus. At Green Paradise Estates we do not believe in hard selling, we like to treat our customers as friends.
You will be collected from the airport and taken to your hotel, where you can take as much time as you want to relax and enjoy your time on the island of North Cyprus. On a day of your choice we will collect you from your hotel and spend part of the day showing you properties that you have expressed an interest in then take you back to your hotel.
If you have selected a property we will then guide you through the purchasing process.
- Introduce you to a well respected solicitor, (if you would rather choose your own this would not be a problem)
- Take you to select your interior fixtures and fittings wall and floor tiles etc. etc.
Then the rest of the time in Northern Cyprus is yours, if you would like to see a little more of the island on your day with us, please let us know and we will allow time to show you some more of this wonderful island.
If you go ahead and purchase a property from Green Paradise Estates, the cost of your visit will be fully refunded once a deposit has been paid.
